You'll get a tracking email automatically
Every order is processed within 1–3 business days, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package as soon as it ships. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after that. Tracking updates can take a few days to first appear once the label is created, so don't worry if it looks quiet right after you get the email.

You can also view your order history and status directly from your Sonnika account.
Can't find your tracking email?
- Check your spam or promotions folder — it sometimes lands there.
- Make sure a few business days have passed since you ordered (1–3 days processing before it ships).
- Still nothing? Contact us with your order number and we'll look it up for you.
